Shipping information

The Dog Musthaves ships Europe only with our partner PostNL. We try to keep the shipping costs for you as low as possible. In the following overview you can see which shipping costs you would incur. But also how long it approximately take to receive your package. Are you living outside EUROPE? Please e-mail us so we can arrange an international shipment. 

How long will it take to sent out your order?

All orders ship within three business days if all items are in stock. This also applies to our personalized products. Do you have an item with engraving such as a collar with name or engraved dog tag ordered? These are engraved in our own workshop. This way we can ship quickly.

Where is my order now?

After shipment, we have delivered the order to a post office. You will receive an e-mail with track and trace to follow the order. On this track & trace code you will always find the latest information about your order (For the Dutch: also available in the PostNL app). Our dog tags are sent by postal service, you will not receive a track and trace on the mail.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What do you do to deliver as sustainably as possible?

By keeping our parcels as small as possible and planning our rides efficiently, we do our utmost to keep our CO2 emissions as low as possible. But by ordering something more consciously, you can also do a lot yourself. In fact, it’s about getting parcel deliverers to drive as efficiently as possible. How do you do that?

1. We combine the whole order. Have you ordered multiple items and one or more of these items is not yet in stock. Then we combine the entire shipment.   Then the parcel deliverer only has to drive once.

2. Returning an order is at the buyer’s expense. We want to keep CO2 emissions as low as possible and we think about the environment. Delivery of the order in the Netherlands is free. Exchanging an item is no problem, you pay for both the outward and return shipping (see tab “Returns”).

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Did you move? You can easily change your address online in My account. This change will be processed immediately. If you then place an order, we will keep the new address for delivery unless you indicate otherwise in the checkout.

NOTE: Is your order already shipped? We can not change your address anymore.

What if my order is incomplete or damaged?

It is of course possible that a mistake has been made or that something has happened to your package along the way. In that case we want to help you as soon as possible. Please contact us by e-mail for this. To resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, we ask you to provide the following information:

  • your order number
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the defective product
  • clear description of the complaint
