The metallic leather is an Aniline dyeing European bovine leather with a laminated Metalic finish. A soft leather with a beautiful soft and supple hand feel. The surface will gradually become even softer with use adding to the beauty of the leather. We only use the best high-quality leather for our handmade dog accessoires, which – thanks to the gentle production process – retains its positive natural properties. We make our leather dog accessories in our own The Dog Musthaves atelier in the Netherlands. We make it all with the greatest care and a sustainable footprint.

For a normal cleaning we suggest to dust with a soft and dry cloth. Any stain can be removed using a damp cloth and delicate cleaning product such as a neutral soap or detergent. Do not wipe the surface but just buffer from the edges to the stain centre. It’s absolute forbidden to use abrasive or aggressive products such as solvents, stain removers etc. Avoid placing the leather dog collar and accessoires in the direct sun and keep away from direct heat. 

Do not use steam en NEVER swim with a leather dog collar or leash. Then chose for our waterproof webbing collection.
