Blij met de nieuwe halsband voor mijn hond. Staat haar goed! Fijn ook dat ze nu een penning heeft met mijn 06 voor als ze een keertje wegloopt..
Prachtige kwaliteit en mooi afgewerkt. De halsband is helemaal leuk icm de bijpassende riem en poepzakje. En het allerleukste is het om te matchen met de dog mom tas!

Ik had eerst een bordeauxrode halsband besteld. Prachtige kleur en mooi leer maar helaas bleef de kleur afgeven op de vacht van mijn witte hond. Toen contact opgenomen om dit aan te geven waarop eigenaresse super vriendelijke reageerde dat dit niet de bedoeling was en dat het waarschijnlijk een exemplaar uit een verkeerde batch was. Ik kreeg het geld van de halsband teruggestort als tegoed waarmee ik vervolgens de blauwe halsband heb besteld. Deze is prachtig! Mooi materiaal en geen problemen mee qua verkleuring. Daarnaast tips ontvangen om het probleem met de eerder gekochte halsband proberen te verhelpen. Het kan gebeuren dat een exemplaar niet helemaal goed is maar ik vond de reactie hierop echt heel erg oplossingsgericht en super vriendelijk en klantgericht! Ik blijf klant hoor!

Erg mooie halsband van sterk leer. Het staat onze kaninchen teckel geweldig en de gegraveerde hanger is erg handig, wij zijn heel erg blij er mee!
